Mian Nabeel Ashraf
Founding Managing Director & Chief Executive
A Veteran aviator and entrepreneur, with 35 years of relevant experience ranging from flying, designing, launching and managing Air Operations in Pakistan and Middle-East. He has been an Aviation Consultant / Adviser to Saudi Prince HRH Abdul Aziz-bin-Bandar and ING Aviation Leasing. Has had experience of Aircraft & helicopters purchase, upgrade & supply to Airlines & Government. Also an expert in Squadron raising; including Pilots, Engineers & Technicians training and line maintenance setup development.
Captain Basharat Chaudhry
Chief Pilot Operations
Captain Basharat is a veteran aviator with over 44 years of illustrious career in Pakistan’s National carrier (PIA). He brings with him a notable flying experience on most of the aircraft on PIA’s inventory. Besides, he has to his credit, a number of unique distinctions earned during the course of his career, including being the first Captain who commandeered the maiden international Flight of Boeing-777 LR. He is presently heading the Operations department of Air Falcon.
Captain Masroor Afzal
Chief Pilot ATR
Captain Masroor is an experienced Pilot and a qualified Flying Instructor with a flying experience of 3500+ hours. He is very well conversant with Aircraft Induction and Aviation Management procedures and has vast experience of handling respective training related modalities. He has also served as a Director Air Transport for a Government Organization during the span of his illustrious career. He is presently serving Air Falcon as a specialist for Project ATR.
Faisal Javed
Chief Financial Officer
Faisal brings with him over 15 years of professional exposure and relevant skill-set / expertise in finance-related fields, while adding diversity through his exposure across various industries. He is an extremely methodical professional and performs his tasks with extreme meticulousness. Moreover, he is a proactive, result-oriented and self-driven finance professional, recognized for his financial risk management, planning & reporting organizational cost structure, and deployment of numerous processes of strategic planning, budget management, cost-benefit analysis / forecasting, leading to improving both productivity and business in an organization. He is presently leading the Finance Department of Air Falcon, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Saad Ahmed
Corporate Manager IT
An experienced Pilot, with a very diverse experience (over 25 years), from Pilot / Instructor Pilot to Quality Management, Flight Safety, Aircraft Accident Investigation and IT / Cyber Security at highest levels within Air Force as well as in National / International Corporate sector. He brings with him vast experience of successfully conceiving, developing & implementing various Indigenous / Integrated IT systems with an experience of working with top IT companies in Pakistan (Interactive Group : the only CMMI level-5 IT company in Pakistan) as well as in UK (Calrom : a Company developing / managing Software solutions for around 30 Airlines of the world including British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Qantas & American Airlines). Saad is presently leading the ICT setup of Air Falcon.

She has manifold professional exposure in human resource management, capacity building, organizational development, change management, and skill development in various MNC environments.
Abdul Nasir Memon
Corporate Manager Procurement
Abdul Nasir Memon has unique experience of being a pilot as well as a qualified Aeronautical engineer. He has served in a number of international airlines during the span of his long career. Presently, he is heading the Procurement department of Air Falcon.
Rasheed Ahmed
Chief Engineer
Rasheed Ahmed is a seasoned Aviation Maintenance Engineer, with extensive experience of Aircraft Maintenance during the span of his long career, while serving in Pakistan’s national carrier, PIA, for more than 30 years. He has mastered this particular skill-set and can handle all aspects of aircraft maintenance related activities. At the zenith of his illustrious career, he also has the honour of working as Chief Engineer (Cabin Maintenance), PIA. He’s presently heading the Engineering department of Air Falcon.
Nauman Munir
General Manager Cargo
Nouman Munir has extensive experience of Cargo Operations during his long career in Aviation industry, while serving in Pakistan’s national carrier, PIA, for a duration spanning more than 35 years, which includes positions of station/country head of Lahore, Sialkot, Chicago, Australia and France . He has mastered this particular skill-set and can handle all aspects of cargo/Marketing-related tasks with a special knack and retired from PIA as General Manager Cargo . He is presently managing Cargo-related affairs of Air Falcon.
Shuaib Ameer
GM Admin & Security
Shuaib is a seasoned Admin and security specialist with ample experience of relevant fields and has worked extensively on a number of related appointments during the span of his long career. He’s heading the Admin & Security department of Air Falcon.
